Our Story
You Can Do More Charitable Foundation" was born out of a profound desire to uplift and support the often overlooked but crucial figures in rural communities: pastors. Founded in August 2022 by Mr. David Boakye Dankwah and Mrs. Gloria Adjei Dankwah, the NGO is rooted in their deep faith and commitment to service. The Danquah’s recognized the unique challenges faced by pastors in rural areas, where resources are scarce, and the demands of ministry are great. They saw firsthand how these pastors, despite their dedication and hard work, struggled with limited access to basic necessities, educational resources, and support systems.
Registered in the USA, "You Can Do More" was established to bridge this gap. The organization aims to provide comprehensive support to rural pastors worldwide, enabling them to fulfill their vital roles more effectively and sustainably. From securing donations that fund essential resources to creating development programs tailored to the needs of these pastors, the foundation is dedicated to enhancing their well-being and empowering them to lead their communities with greater impact.
Since its inception, "You Can Do More" has grown significantly, thanks to the unwavering support of donors, volunteers, and partners who share Danquah’s vision. The foundation has implemented numerous initiatives, including training programs, financial assistance, supporting widows and community-building activities, all designed to strengthen the spiritual, social, and economic fabric of rural areas.
Our story is one of faith, compassion, and a steadfast belief in the transformative power of support. We are committed to continuing this journey to ensure that pastors in rural communities worldwide receive the help they need to thrive and make a lasting difference in their congregations and spread the message of Christ.
